thinks hard about androids rebelling against human beauty standards by leaving their wires and machinery exposed, rejecting facial animation, refusing to use hand gestures and vocal variations when they communicate. they are not human. they will never be human.

Don’t date Nice Guys. Date Evil Guys. Date guys who revel in the darkness of the night. Date guys who are monsters and loving it. Date guys who wear their villainy like it’s a fashion statement. Date guys who treat you like a gentleman but are merciless towards enemies. Date guys who come to the party with a melodramatic and terrifying entrance. Date guys who use smoke and mirrors and candlelight to ensnare their victims. Date guys with diabolical master plans about world domination.

The kiss of death.
This astonishing sculpture forms part of Barcelona’s Poblenou Cemetery. The Kiss of Death (El Petó de la Mort in Catalan and El beso de la muerte in Spanish) dates back to 1930. A winged skeleton bestows a kiss on the lips of a handsome young man: is it ecstasy on his face or resignation? Little wonder the sculpture elicits strong and varying responses from whoever gazes upon it.
